Access to and use of the f28 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. f28 strictly enforces this requirement and will request valid government-issued Philippine identification documents to verify your age before processing your first withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of f28, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by f28 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

To access real-money games on f28, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all f28 accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active f28 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

f28 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the f28 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: f28 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard debit only).
• Prohibited Funding Sources: f28 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the f28 platform:

• Game Rules: Each game on the f28 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games on f28 use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. f28 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, f28 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

f28 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f28 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live dealer games where prohibited
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing any third party to access or use your f28 account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward f28 staff or other players

f28 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: f28 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their f28 account. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period. These limits are enforced at the platform level and cannot be overridden.

f28 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and f28 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

f28 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, f28's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your f28 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• f28 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill
• f28 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform
• f28 is not liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game
• f28 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• f28 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude f28's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your f28 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• f28-Initiated Closure: f28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, regulatory requirement, or breach of these Terms.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on liability, disputes, and prohibited conduct — shall continue to apply.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your f28 account or any transaction, you should contact f28 customer support in the first instance. f28 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through f28's internal complaints process.

f28 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, f28 will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the f28 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
